Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer’s satisfaction is our motto and hence, we realize that exceptional circumstances do take place with regard to the character of the service we supply.Therefore, we Do honor requests for the refund, provided there is no resolution to your dissatisfaction of services provided by us and you follow the following process:

FOR STAND-ALONE/INCIDENT BASED SERVICE REQUEST :
Once we receive your request, we will work with you to resolve your dissatisfaction for our services within 7 days of your submission of request.
In case you are still not satisfied with our assurance and commitment and it is determined by us that our products or services offered were defective, we will accept your request and refund the amount, you paid for our services.
In case of partial resolution of stand-along service request, covering multiple service areas, which we determine to have resolved and your determination to terminate our services in-between, your service charge will be pro-rated, and the remaining amount, if any will be refunded to you.
The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation by our customer care and your account will be credited in the manner, paid for at the time of request for our product/services, for example, electronic bank account transfer or credit card or PayPal account, whichever was used at the time of purchase.
